Description

In consideration of others and my professional time, I require 24 hour notice to cancel any scheduled appointment. This can be done directly by you in the booking portal, up to 24 hours in advance. If for any reason you are unable to make your scheduled appointment time and it is less than 24 hours notice, please contact Kipley Marshall RMT as soon as possible via phone (905) 442-6277 or email, kipley.marshall@gmail.com. If the appointment is canceled within 24 hours notice but more than 12 hours in advance, a fee of 50% of the service cost may be charged. If the appointment is canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled time or less, a fee of 100% of the service cost may be charged. Please note that cancelled and missed appointment fees can not be direct billed. I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. In such cases, the fees may be waived.
